Within 30 days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchasing the product:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. Perishable merchandise such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain intimate or health goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if any)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with qualified photo proof at alemall21@yahoo.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver ships the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the money to the gift giver and they will recognize your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
